About the Role
TBI Technologies is offering a paid remote internship for an Information Technology Recruiter. This is a work-from-home opportunity with flexible timings of 4-5 hours per day, available in morning and evening shifts.
Internship Structure
- The first month is a Learning & Training Period.
- Following successful skill acquisition and screening, a monthly stipend of ₹6,000 plus performance-based incentives will be provided from the second month.
- Upon successful completion of the 3–6 month internship, based on performance and goal achievement, candidates will be considered for a permanent full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates' suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and daily activity reports.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets with guidance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Laptop and good internet connection are required.
- Good Information Technology Skills.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Any IT Graduate (B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc-IT).
- MCA or MBA- HR or IT specialization is a plus.
