About the Role

The Client Servicing Intern role at RevSoc Digital is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The intern will support client-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients.
• Understand client requirements.
• Ensure timely communication and updates.
• Prepare reports.
• Assist in campaign execution follow-ups.
• Track deliverables.
• Help resolve client queries in collaboration with internal teams.
• Document client feedback.
• Contribute to presentations.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Client-facing abilities, including Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building strong, professional relationships.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey information between clients and internal teams.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to understand client needs and support solutions that meet those needs.
• Basic understanding of Finance concepts to assist with billing queries, estimates, or project cost tracking.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with digital platforms.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
