About the Role

The work environment supports creativity, professional growth, and a high standard of design execution. This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing design concepts.
• Preparing layouts.
• Translating client requirements into practical, visually appealing interiors.
• Space planning.
• Creating and reviewing drawings.
• Selecting finishes and furnishings.
• Coordinating FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
• Ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the project.
• Regular site visits.
• Collaboration with architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitoring project progress to ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Participating in client presentations.
• Preparing documentation.
• Supporting project coordination from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills focused on functional, efficient, and aesthetically consistent layouts.
• Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to develop, read, and coordinate technical plans and details.
• FF&E and material selection skills to specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and accessories that meet design, budget, and durability requirements.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3dsmax, or similar) and familiarity with presentation tools.
• Strong visual communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with client-facing responsibilities.
• Knowledge of local building regulations, materials, and construction practices is an advantage.
