About the Role
The System Consultant role at PInterview is a full-time, remote position responsible for supporting and enhancing the platform’s technical and operational ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing business and system requirements.
- Designing solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the performance and reliability of the platform.
- Working on system integrations.
- Database-related configurations.
- Process optimization to ensure seamless online interview experiences for users.
- Documenting technical specifications.
- Providing consulting support to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating with external partners when needed.
- Contributing to ongoing product and process improvements.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess system performance, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Consulting experience with the ability to understand stakeholder needs, translate them into system requirements, and recommend best practices.
- Project management skills to plan, prioritize, and oversee implementation of system enhancements and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with databases and integration technologies to configure, maintain, and optimize platform components.
- Familiarity with online platforms or SaaS products, preferably in edtech or career services.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, communicate clearly, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Exposure to agile methodologies, documentation tools, and basic security and compliance principles is beneficial.
