Content Operations Intern

About the Role

The Content Operations Intern will support the planning, creation, and management of learning and marketing content for Edural Classes™. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and update web and app content.
• Coordinate the publishing schedule.
• Maintain content libraries.
• Assist with documentation for live classes and recorded sessions.
• Track content performance.
• Gather feedback from learners and mentors.
• Suggest improvements to enhance clarity and effectiveness.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability in Web Content Writing and Writing for digital platforms.
• Understanding of Content Strategy.
• Experience or interest in Content Management.
• Basic familiarity with educational technology tools, learning platforms, or content management systems is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced academic environment.
• Comfort working on-site in Patna.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Journalism, Communications, Management, or a related field is preferred.
