About the Role
Maintenance Technicians are crucial for ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. This role involves assisting management in maintaining smooth operations to swiftly serve customers, contributing to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer-facing position with general customer service duties, including providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
- Using various tools and equipment for facility operations, including equipment repair and maintenance (e.g., HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems), pressure washing, plumbing repair, and site inspections.
- Cross-training opportunities in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
- Prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Qualifications
- No experience required; training will be provided.
