About the Role

Autus Lumos LLP is seeking a Fresher – Printing Engineer (Screen Printing) for a full-time, on-site role in Hadapsar, Pune. This position involves operating and maintaining screen printing equipment for EL panels, preparing screens and materials, and ensuring accurate color and print quality. Training and guidance will be provided to learn industry standards and best practices in screen printing for illumination technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain screen printing equipment for EL panels.
• Prepare screens and materials.
• Ensure accurate color and print quality.
• Assist in setting up production runs.
• Monitor print processes.
• Perform basic troubleshooting.
• Follow safety and quality control guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and designers.
• Document production data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in print production.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Print Production and Printing.
• Interest in learning industrial printing workflows.
• Skills in Screen Printing and Print Design.
• Ability to follow detailed artwork and layout specifications.
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn related decorative techniques such as Embroidery.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and production reporting.
• Prior internship or vocational exposure to printing processes is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on repetitive tasks with consistent quality.
• Readiness to follow safety and operational procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively on the shop floor.
• Adapt to production schedules.
• Learn new tools and techniques quickly.
