About the Role

JAY MAA KALI ENTERPRISES - India is a growing India-based organization. This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor position based in Chennai. The role focuses on overseeing daily operations on the shop floor or work site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on the shop floor or work site.
• Assign tasks to team members.
• Monitor performance of the team.
• Ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards.
• Coordinate schedules.
• Manage attendance.
• Resolve minor operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures, company guidelines, and standard operating processes.
• Report progress to management.
• Maintain basic documentation.
• Support training and guidance for team members.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to supervise and coordinate a team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Comfort with maintaining simple reports, records, and basic documentation related to attendance, productivity, and quality.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar environment is preferred.
• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Vocational or technical training is an advantage.
