About the Role
AHEAD builds platforms for digital business by weaving together advances in cloud infrastructure, automation and analytics, and software delivery. This role is part of AHEAD's Associate Development Program, "LAUNCH," which aims to attract and develop top IT consulting talent and build the next generation of leaders. The Associate Network Engineer position is internally known as an Associate Technical Consultant.
The role begins with a 3-month training program within the Network practice. Upon completion, there will be opportunities to work on client projects based on skillset, personal interest, and business needs.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with Infrastructure solutions.
- Willingness to travel to support client projects and shadowing opportunities (75+ % of the time).
- Existing U.S. work authorization is required.
Qualifications
- Any of the following certifications are preferred but not required: CCENT, CCNA, Network+, Server+, Security+, VCTA, CCA-V.
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- Graduated with a degree in a technical discipline by 1/11/2027.
- Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or a relevant field is a plus.
- Successful completion in a technical-related bootcamp.
- Working knowledge of Data Center.
Compensation
- $80,000 - $88,000 a year (On-Target Earnings, including base salary and target bonus)
