About the Role

AJ's Chalo Seekhen is seeking Marketing & Growth Interns for an execution-focused, full-time internship role. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in bringing products to market, understanding target audiences, developing marketing ideas, executing campaigns, and measuring results. The role emphasizes understanding how marketing contributes to customer acquisition, product adoption, and business growth, going beyond just social media posts or presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Research target audiences, competitors, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Develop and execute organic and digital marketing campaigns.
• Create content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify and test customer acquisition channels.
• Conduct outreach, generate leads, and follow up with potential customers or partners.
• Collect user feedback and translate insights into marketing improvements.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and acquisition costs.
• Use AI tools for research, content development, campaign planning, and workflow automation.
• Work directly with the team to improve product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and customer acquisition.
• Ability to research independently, analyze information, and present actionable ideas.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, content creation tools, and AI applications.
• Willingness to experiment, learn new tools, and take ownership of assigned work.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• AI tools for research, content development, campaign planning, and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Students and recent graduates from any academic background may apply.
• Prior internship experience is not mandatory.
• Practical skills, curiosity, and execution ability matter more than degrees or certificates.
• Interest in understanding how startups acquire customers and grow.
• Enjoy researching why people buy products, experimenting with marketing ideas, analyzing what works, and turning plans into measurable results.

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Work From Office - On-site only)

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
