Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Salesforce delivery experience in Health Cloud or domain.
- Lead Developer experience doing solution design in a mid to large-sized organization.
- Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture — integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management.
- Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills — able to present and defend a point of view to a variety of audiences.
- Able to work independently and be a self-starter.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or in a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on Salesforce delivery in Health Cloud or domain.
- Minimum 6+ years as a Lead Developer overall doing solution design in a mid to large-sized organization.
- Highly beneficial to have any Salesforce.com product certifications prior to joining.
- Expected to gain the following certifications within the first 3 months:
- Certified Platform App Builder
- Certified Platform Developer I
- Certified Agentforce Specialist
- Certified Sharing & Visibility Designer
- Certified Integration Architect
- Domain-specific certification
