ITOM Event Management Engineer

Job Title: CISNGE - ITOM Event Management Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM Event Management solutions.
• Integrate enterprise monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management.
• Configure Event Rules, Alert Correlation, Alert Aggregation, and Alert Suppression.
• Manage and support MID Servers, Event Connectors, and monitoring integrations.
• Automate incident creation and remediation workflows based on event alerts.
• Perform Event Management health checks, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Work with CMDB and Service Mapping teams to improve service visibility.
• Analyze event patterns and reduce alert noise through correlation techniques.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Application, and Operations teams.
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management processes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and operational monitoring views.
