The Role

As a Product Intern at OnePay, you will support product discovery, requirements definition, execution, and launch activities. You will gain hands-on experience in how a fast-moving fintech translates customer problems into shipped features.

• Team Integration: You will be paired with a Product Manager and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams. You will participate in planning sessions, standups, and stakeholder reviews.
• Real-World Projects: Responsibilities include conducting user and market research, translating findings into requirements and user stories, tracking feature execution, and supporting go-to-market and launch readiness.
• Skill Building & Career Growth: The internship includes workshops on technical skills, resume building, interview preparation, and professional development. Networking events with company leadership are also included.
• Mentorship: You will receive guidance and feedback from your manager and a dedicated mentor.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree and expected to graduate in Fall 2027/Spring 2028.
• Majoring in Business, Product Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Completed at least one previous internship, or have substantial personal or academic projects.
• Available for a full-time, 8-week program running June 21 - August 13, 2027.
• Ability to work in the New York City office at least 3-4 days a week throughout the program.
• Proactive & Collaborative Attitude: Possess an "act-like-an-owner" mentality, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and enjoy teamwork.
• Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for tackling complex challenges, analyzing problems, and developing solutions. Strong communication skills are essential.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Keen listening skills and strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excited to Learn & Grow: Passion for contributing to a rapidly growing organization and developing skills in a real-world setting.

Program & Application Timeline

• Program runs June 21 - August 13, 2027 (8 weeks, full-time, in NYC office).
• Applications and interviews are reviewed on a rolling basis.
• Final cohort is targeted by December 1, 2026.
• Applications may reopen in Spring 2027 if intern spots are available.
