Dexcelerate is a venture focused on empowering the next generation of on-chain builders, with a strong emphasis on innovation in the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem. The Owner role at Dexcelerate is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategy for the venture, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that initiatives align with the mission of empowering on-chain builders.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing programs for builder support
• Managing partnerships
• Guiding product or service development
• Stewarding financial and operational planning
• Leading and mentoring team members
• Cultivating a strong local and global community of builders
• Representing Dexcelerate in industry events and stakeholder meetings
• Hands-on involvement in decision-making, problem-solving, and continuous improvement of both internal processes and external offerings

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Blockchain, Web3, or on-chain technologies
• Operations management (budgeting, resource planning, performance monitoring)
• Building and maintaining partnerships (investors, industry stakeholders, community groups)
• Communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Mentoring or coaching teams and individuals
• Program or product design (idea validation to launch)
• Organizing or supporting communities, meetups, or educational initiatives (ideally in technology or startup contexts)

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in entrepreneurship, business ownership, or senior leadership, with the ability to define and execute strategic direction.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, Web3, or on-chain technologies, and a genuine interest in supporting developers and builders in this ecosystem.
• Proficiency in operations management, including budgeting, resource planning, and performance monitoring for small, growing organizations.
• Ability to build and maintain partnerships with investors, industry stakeholders, and community groups, and to represent the organization professionally.
• Effective communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, including experience mentoring or coaching teams and individuals.
• Comfort with program or product design, from idea validation to launch, with a focus on user value and measurable outcomes.
• Experience organizing or supporting communities, meetups, or educational initiatives, ideally in technology or startup contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience in scaling ventures is highly valued.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexibility to manage varying priorities in a fast-moving environment.
