Video Production Intern

About the Role

The Video Production Intern will support the creation of video content that showcases Brickfolio’s real estate services, properties, and client success stories. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-production planning.
• Coordinate shoot logistics.
• Support production activities such as camera operation, sound, and lighting under guidance.
• Assist with post-production tasks including basic editing and organizing footage.
• Ensure videos meet brand quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and real estate teams.
• Prepare simple scripts or shot lists.
• Maintain production equipment and files.
• Contribute to content that supports marketing and client communication efforts.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Production Planning skills.
• Production Management skills.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Quality Control skills.
• Training-related skills, including a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and apply new production techniques.
• Basic knowledge of video recording equipment and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of a degree or diploma in Media Studies, Film, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
