About the Role

The SAP Internship Program is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. Participants gain exposure to real-world consulting environments, structured learning, and hands-on project experience. The program emphasizes professional development, mentorship, and clear pathways into full-time roles in the SAP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams in analyzing business processes.
• Assist with SAP FICO configurations.
• Maintain master data under guidance from senior consultants.
• Gather and document requirements.
• Perform data validation.
• Prepare reports.
• Support testing and troubleshooting of SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Participate in training sessions.
• Contribute to client deliverables.
• Develop consulting and SAP functional skills.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• SAP FICO
• ERP systems (prior internship or project experience is a plus)

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and document Business Process flows and support process improvement initiatives.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Interest or foundational knowledge in Consulting, including client interaction and problem-solving.
• Basic exposure to SAP FICO and related financial processes, with willingness to learn advanced functionalities.
• Understanding of Master Data concepts and ability to assist in data entry, validation, and maintenance.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback.
