Patient Growth Specialist

About the Role

The Outreach Executive (OE) is responsible for developing relationships with members of the community to engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health, aiming to drive new patient growth. The OE will work closely with Outreach Managers, Outreach Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to achieve local growth in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales
• Generating leads by engaging Medicare senior community through event execution and local community outreach.
• Maintaining knowledge of internal sales systems and marketing programs by attending meetings for updates on services, workstreams, and initiatives.
• Prospecting and cold calling to prospects and new leads.
• Nurturing prospective patients and prospecting for new patients with an ambitious mentality via email, phone, and networking.
• Collaborating with Community Relationship Managers (CRMs), other OEs, and Outreach Managers/Directors to drive lead generation with local community members or Insurance Agents (IAs).
• Relationship Management
• Maintaining consistent touchpoints with prospects to drive new patient growth in the assigned territory.
• Capturing and recording customer information and sales activity into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other business systems.
• Acting as a point of contact for clinical or center teams regarding patient inquiries.
• Resolving concerns and complaints from new prospects and patients by understanding the issue or directing them to the appropriate Oak Street employee.
• Other duties as assigned.

• US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or healthcare experience a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
• Fluency in Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities served (where necessary).

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: $18.50 - $31.72 per hour

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to base pay.
