Client Servicing Executive

About the Role

The Client Servicing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves managing day-to-day communication with clients, understanding their objectives, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns and content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients.

• Prepare and deliver presentations.
• Track project progress.
• Address client queries and feedback in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Support account planning.

• Demonstrated skills in Client Services and Client Relations.
• Ability to create and deliver clear, engaging Presentations.
• Customer Service capabilities.
• Account Management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing or creative agencies is an advantage.
