Role Overview

We are looking for Inside Sales professionals who can engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and recommend the right learning programs through a consultative sales approach. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle — from lead engagement and follow-ups to objection handling, negotiation, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls and lead engagement.
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant programs.
• Drive lead conversion and revenue through consultative selling.
• Follow up consistently and maintain strong customer engagement.
• Handle objections, negotiations, and customer concerns effectively.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• B2C / Inside Sales experience: 6 months – 5 years.
• EdTech sales experience is an added advantage.
• Experience selling high-ticket degree, certification, or professional programs will be preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen, persuasion and convincing skills.
• Good follow-up and objection-handling abilities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment.
• Graduates from any discipline are eligible.
