About the Role

The Gemeinde Salach is seeking an Integrationskraft (m/w/d) for their daycare facility, starting immediately. This is a part-time position with approximately 10 hours per week, initially limited until August 31, 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable participation: Support children in engaging with daily group activities and pedagogical offerings according to their needs and abilities.
• Provide orientation and security: Accompany daily routines and transitions, helping children navigate the daycare environment.
• Strengthen independence: Encourage children to discover their own abilities and progress in their development.
• Foster togetherness: Support social interactions with other children and sensitively guide social situations.
• Act collaboratively: Coordinate support with pedagogical specialists and work trustingly with parents.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ideally, experience in a daycare setting and in supporting children with disabilities or developmental delays.
• Enjoyment in individually supporting children and recognizing their strengths.
• Empathy, patience, and reliability, even in challenging situations.
• Teamwork skills and appreciative communication with children, parents, and colleagues.
