About the Role
As a Product Marketing Intern at Kurma Health, you will play an important role in shaping how the market understands our personalized health platform. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, entrepreneurial marketer to work at the intersection of healthcare innovation, product, and go-to-market. You will collaborate directly with the founding team to turn a complex clinical and commercial product into a story that enterprise buyers trust. This is a builder’s role where you will set the strategy and do the work, involving writing the positioning, analyzing customer and member data, shaping packaging with Product, and building proof and content.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the proof engine: case studies, outcomes narratives, and credibility assets that hold up to clinical and actuarial scrutiny.
- Own packaging and pricing narrative in partnership with Product and commercial leadership.
- Be the voice of the customer: analyze member and client data and insights to inform positioning, packaging, and the product roadmap.
- Build the content strategy and enablement for Sales and channel partners, including decks, one-pagers, objection handling, and category framing.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Client Success, viewing positioning, product, and the sales motion as one system.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field, or a recent graduate with equivalent experience.
- Experience in marketing, product marketing, or customer marketing through internships, projects, or a student organization, with real ownership of positioning, packaging, or launch for a complex, high-consideration product.
- You are hands-on, capable of writing positioning, building decks, and shipping content yourself.
- A storyteller who is also rigorous with data, able to build sharp narratives and honest, defensible proof stories from real-world evidence.
- Healthcare, benefits, or adjacent complex B2B experience is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial, fast, and comfortable in ambiguity with a strong bias to action.
Qualifications
- Bonus if you have worked on a launch, campaign, or case study that you can walk through in detail.
- Bonus if you are passionate about healthcare, wellness, or longevity.
- Bonus if you use AI tools in your daily work and can explain and critique their output.
