About the Role

Drug Drop Rx is offering a structured pathway for pharmacy graduates and final-year students in India to obtain U.S. pharmacist licensure and work full-time as a licensed pharmacist in the U.S. This is a fully sponsored opportunity with a ₹2 Lakh+ incentive.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduates or final-year students from any college in India
• No gaps in academic record
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Readiness to commit to TOEFL, NAPLEX, and licensing processes

Key Responsibilities

• Practice as a licensed pharmacist in the U.S. (upon meeting all licensing and eligibility requirements)

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the U.S. pharmacist licensure pathway, including TOEFL and NAPLEX

Application Process

• Get Shortlisted: Participate in a company screening test and a one-on-one interview.
• Train in India: Undergo TOEFL preparation and structured NAPLEX coaching, including mock exams with a dedicated coordinator.
• Fly and Write the NAPLEX: The top candidates will have their NAPLEX exam fully sponsored.
• License, Visa, and Job: Relocate and commence work as a pharmacist with Drug Drop Rx.
