About the Role

As an Oracle Analyst, you will work closely with industry experts to implement, optimize, and support Oracle ERP Finance solutions. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• MBA HR Graduates in 2025/2026
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Consistent academic record of minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications.
• Maharashtra based candidates require a minimum of 55% or equivalent.
• Maximum 2-year gap in education.
• No standing arrears or active backlogs at the time of joining.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Access is an advantage.
• Understanding of ERP systems, financial processes, or business operations is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to technology-driven financial solutions.
