Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop the Sustainability Strategy for SAVW, analyzing business requirements, future trends, legal requirements, cost/reward options, and implementation roadmap ideas.
- Review sub-strategies to ensure they support the overall Sustainability Strategy.
- Ensure consistency of programs with HQ Sustainability strategy and coordinate with Skoda a.s for alignment and regular information exchange.
- Lead projects based on implementation guidelines, ensuring active control of stakeholder dialogues and timely completion with desired results.
- Manage the Sustainability Review Board & Sustainability Roundtable.
- Oversee SAVWIPL ESG Reporting.
- Create, maintain, and develop the materiality matrix, adhering to HQ and legal guidelines.
- Conduct regular dialogues with stakeholders to assess opportunities and risks.
- Represent SAVW in HQ and group sustainability working committees.
- Foster cooperation and coordination on Sustainability strategy and projects with other brands.
