Join Spectra Fine Jewelry as a Camera-Ready Fine Jewelry Sales & Social Media Associate. This role combines showroom sales, social media management, jewelry cataloguing, inventory, and office tasks. The ideal candidate genuinely loves jewelry, is proficient with an iPhone and Instagram, and enjoys client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Interaction & Sales:
• Assist clients in the showroom.
• Respond to Instagram DMs, texts, and emails.
• Send photos and product information.
• Follow up with inquiries to drive sales.
• Social Media Management:
• Capture photos and videos using an iPhone.
• Develop content ideas and write captions.
• Maintain an active Instagram presence with daily Stories, posts, and Reels.
• Create content for TikTok and direct client outreach.
• Manage external freelancers or companies for content creation.
• Coordinate shoots, supply product information, and review work.
• On-Camera Presentation:
• Appear in content, speaking about and wearing jewelry (necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, watches).
• Present jewelry naturally and confidently on camera.
• Maintain a polished, camera-ready appearance with attention to detail (well-groomed hands, neat nails/clean manicure).
• Jewelry Cataloguing & Description Writing:
• Write clear, accurate descriptions for inventory, listings, client messages, and social media.
• Learn and utilize details such as stone types, carat weights, metals, measurements, signatures, and laboratory reports.
• Verify information before use.
• Computer Work & Office Support:
• Maintain organized inventory records and files.
• Work with spreadsheets.
• Handle email correspondence.
• Assist with administrative projects.
• Utilize AI practically for content ideas, drafting, information organization, and time-saving.
• Verify AI output and protect confidential information.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with an iPhone.
• Familiarity with Instagram.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to learn new systems.

Qualifications

• Jewelry sales or cataloguing experience is a strong plus.
• Understanding of jewelry is valuable, or a quick learner with genuine interest and strong writing skills.
• A polished, camera-ready presence and good personal style.
• Comfortable presenting jewelry naturally and confidently on camera.
• Occasional business travel is required.
