About the Role

Career Helps is seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive Intern to join our remote team. This internship offers hands-on experience in market research, partnership development, and sales strategy execution, working closely with industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and emerging trends.
• Generate leads through various channels such as emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and industry partners.
• Assist in developing and executing business strategies to expand Career Helps' reach.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility.
• Support in the creation of business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends to provide valuable insights for business growth.
• Engage in client communication to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Assist in partnership development with universities, training institutes, and corporate firms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative business solutions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of business development, sales, or marketing.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus.
• Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 Months
• Location: Work from Home (Remote)
• Stipend: Performance-based, up to ₹15,000 Rs
• PPO Opportunity: Available for exceptional performers
