Structural Engineer

About the Role

Bunny Studcon Private Limited is an emerging engineering and construction services company focused on delivering reliable and efficient structural solutions. This is a full-time Structural Engineer role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings and other civil structures.
• Ensure safety, stability, and compliance with relevant codes.
• Prepare and review calculations.
• Develop CAD drawings and models.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Support project documentation.
• Check design details.
• Assist in value engineering.
• Participate in site visits when required.
• Respond to technical queries from project stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal design standards, tools, and workflows.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering.
• Solid understanding of design codes and standards.
• Skills in Structural Analysis and Calculations.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools.
• Knowledge of relevant Indian and international building codes and standards (e.g., IS codes, Eurocodes, or similar).
• Attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with structural design software (such as STAAD, ETABS, or similar) is beneficial.
• Prior experience in building or infrastructure projects in an engineering design or consultancy role is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
