About the Role

• International Voice Process for UK Shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK-based customers.
• Provide excellent customer support by understanding and resolving customer queries.
• Communicate fluently and professionally in English.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Perform upselling and cross-selling to existing and potential customers.
• Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and achieve sales targets.
• Explain product features, benefits, offers, and services clearly.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain customer records and update call details accurately in the system.
• Achieve assigned targets for customer satisfaction, call quality, and sales performance.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Candidates should be comfortable with upselling, cross-selling, and target-based performance.

Qualifications

• 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Diploma holders / Any Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
