Key Responsibilities

• Creating part numbers for BOM in Agile Baan
• Creating AVL in Agile Baan system
• Downloading customer documents like product specifications, etc., and releasing them in CDC
• Acting as a Change Analyst during NPI for new changes
• Releasing Part Lists to production for new models after implementation of ECOs
• Efficiently managing ECOs for manufacturing sites across the globe
• Using Agile (PLM) system for ECO creation, reviewing, routing, tracking, releasing, and distribution
• Studying ECOs / Drawings closely and coordinating with the site Process / Product Engineering team
• Working closely with Engineering and Materials teams to review product updates / modifications
• Responding to Business Partners (requestors) and customers on queries relating to Engineering Change Orders
• Ensuring adherence to targets set for all Process Metrics

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.SC (EEE/ECE) graduate
• (0-2) years of experience as an NPI/ECO Engineer in a Manufacturing setup
• Preferably in EMS Industry
• Hands-on experience in any PLM software linked to the ECO process
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Mandatory)
• Good analytical skills

• Conflict resolution skills
