Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule meetings with doctors, super specialists for engagement, tie-ups, and referral business.
• Formulate and propose marketing strategies aligned with the business plan.
• Plan and execute various marketing activities according to phased strategic plans, including CMES, Workshops, Camps, Patient Education Programs, and Lifestyle Management Programs.
• Conduct research related to evolved marketing plans.
• Explore new geographical areas and markets for customer targeting.
• Explore new product feasibility for the business plan.
• Conduct fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plans.
• Submit monthly detailed activity reports to management.
• Competitor tracking and market intelligence.
• Responsible for conducting in-house camps and promotions for health awareness days.
• Responsible for brand promotion.
