About the Role

- Shift Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Salary: Rs. 27,000 – Rs. 35,000 per month (Salary can vary based on experience, interview, and last in-hand withdrawn.)
- Locations: Gurugram, Bangalore, Noida, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with working professionals to help them choose programs that can enhance their careers.
- Call individuals from a provided list and persuade them to join our programs.
- Inform professionals about our management courses that align with their needs.
- Maintain contact with candidates through follow-up calls, emails, and other connections.
- Track all individuals interested in our programs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow pre-sale and post-sale procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to drive sales.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Education: Graduation/Post Graduation
Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Self-motivation and goal achievement orientation.
- Passion for sales.
- Ability to adapt to and learn from a competitive environment.
