About the Role

The Business Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Muzaffarpur. This role involves working directly with clients to explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms in a clear and respectful manner. The Business Associate will support clients through the loan application process, collect and verify documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct basic financial assessments.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with clients on application status.
• Address client inquiries or concerns.
• Contribute to business development activities, such as identifying potential clients and building local relationships.
• Support process improvements that enhance client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess client information, review financial data, and support sound lending decisions.
• Foundational knowledge in Finance and Business to understand loan products, risk considerations, and operational workflows.
• Excellent Communication skills to explain complex information clearly, prepare documentation, and collaborate with team members.
• Strong Customer Service skills to respond to client needs, manage expectations, and maintain professional, respectful interactions.
• Proficiency with basic office software is beneficial.
• Attention to detail is beneficial.
• Integrity in handling sensitive information is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in financial services, banking, or lending is an advantage.
