Human Resources Executive

About the Role

Our rapidly growing company is looking for a skilled and dedicated HR professional with strong recruitment experience and a good understanding of HR operations to help lead and strengthen the HR function. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is ready to take on new challenges, demonstrate a high level of ownership, and contribute to building a strong and efficient HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Head Office and Store Operations roles.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads and operations managers.
• Post job openings on relevant job portals and recruitment platforms.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates through various hiring channels.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
• Handle bulk hiring for store operations and corporate-level recruitment.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined hiring TATs.
• Explore new sourcing channels to improve recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or any field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive mindset, high ownership, willingness to take on new challenges, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
