The Travel Consultant US role at Wizfair Travels is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. This individual will assist clients with planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising travelers on destinations and itineraries.
• Preparing customized travel packages.
• Managing reservations and changes.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with travel policies.
• Communicating regularly with clients via phone, email, and in person to provide prompt support, resolve issues, and deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize travel arrangements and uphold Wizfair’s quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in travel or hospitality (highly beneficial)
• A diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
