Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating public relations activities and outreach initiatives.
• Prepare and organize approved informational materials and company communications.
• Share accurate information about company services, initiatives, and promotional activities.
• Support public engagement events, presentations, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Respond to general inquiries or direct requests to the appropriate team member.
• Help maintain positive relationships through courteous and professional interactions.
• Organize correspondence, contact information, and outreach records.
• Gather feedback and communicate relevant observations to the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in public-facing messaging.
• Assist with preparing briefing documents and other communication materials.
