Shift & Schedule

• Night Shift (Aligned with U.S. Time Zones)
• Monday to Friday
• Fixed Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)

Role Overview

• Handle inbound voice calls for U.S. Healthcare customers.
• No sales, no targets.
• Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
• Provide empathetic, clear, and accurate customer support.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Neutral or U.S.-friendly accent preferred.
• Minimum 12th pass.
• Graduation or Diploma is a plus.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month
