Junior Social Media Manager

About the Role

Kickstart Media is seeking a creative and organized Junior Social Media Manager to support the planning and execution of social media activities across multiple brands. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts and maintain content calendars.
• Coordinate with creative teams for content creation and timely delivery.
• Assist in content ideation, trend research, and competitor analysis.
• Review creatives and captions to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement and assist in preparing performance reports.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for briefs, feedback, and approvals.
• Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Ability to create and manage engaging content across various platforms.
• Experience with social media advertising and budget management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in influencer marketing and partnership management.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
