Sales & Requirements Intern

About the Role

You will be the client-facing lead for TheConsulto, responsible for finding projects, pitching services, gathering requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will manage communication, scoping, and delivery handoffs, leveraging Claude for backend tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Scout and qualify 5-10 project requests daily on Upwork/Fiverr.
• Draft proposals (Claude writes drafts; you refine and send).
• Conduct discovery calls with clients using a provided questionnaire.
• Convert client feedback into written specifications with Claude's assistance.
• Handle change requests and manage client expectations.
• Submit deliverables and request reviews.
• Upsell monthly care plans.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive (expect replies within 4 hours during US business hours).
• Comfortable learning tools: Upwork, GitHub basics, Google Docs.

Qualifications

• Business or MBA student, or early-career individual.
• No deep tech experience is required.

Note: This is a 3-month internship, part-time is acceptable, with potential for extension.

Compensation: Rs 2,500/month fixed stipend + 10% commission on collected revenue from deals closed, plus bonuses for repeat clients and care-plan upsells.
