Competency Overview: Sector Ops - Health

The Sector Ops - Health team works with clients across healthcare, supporting engagements in driving clients strategic vision and objectives, assessing market expansion and growth strategies, researching key market trends and its impact on key stakeholders, driving operational and process improvements, evaluating sustainable cost transformation alternatives and enabling technology driven business success. Our team supports a broad range of healthcare clients across Provider, Payer, and Pharma & Life Sciences, with projects spanning operational improvement, organizational transformation, growth strategy, technology, and data and analytics. In the provider team, we work with health systems to design and implement organizational transformations that improve performance and enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications
