The AI Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban. This role involves editing and assembling video content using AI-assisted tools, applying motion graphics, and refining visuals to support product experiences, marketing campaigns, and storytelling initiatives. The AI Video Editor will work closely with product, design, and content teams to plan video concepts, manage raw footage, perform color grading, and ensure consistent visual style across projects.

• Creating short- and long-form video assets.
• Optimizing videos for different digital platforms.
• Maintaining organized project files.
• Iterating based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Staying current with emerging AI video tools and best practices.
• Contributing creative ideas to enhance the visual identity of Zee labs’ products.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in video production and end-to-end video workflows, from planning and shooting guidance to final delivery.
• Proficiency in video editing and AI-assisted editing tools, with the ability to assemble compelling narratives and seamless cuts.
• Experience in video color grading to achieve consistent, polished, and platform-appropriate visual aesthetics.
• Ability to create and integrate motion graphics and graphic elements to enhance stories and product experiences.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools) and AI-based video platforms.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret creative briefs into effective video outputs.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, animation, design, or a related field.
• A portfolio demonstrating video and motion work is required.
• Experience creating content for Indian audiences and multiple digital platforms (social media, apps, web) is an advantage.
