Videographer

About the Role

This is a full-time/Hybrid, on-site Videographer role based in Bengaluru. The Videographer will plan, capture, and produce high-quality video content that showcases pastry classes, workshops, events, and behind-the-scenes activities at Whitecaps International School of Pastry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating cameras and lighting equipment.
• Setting up shots.
• Recording instructional and promotional videos.
• Ensuring consistent visual style across all content.
• Collaborating with chefs, instructors, and the marketing team to develop storyboards.
• Scheduling shoots.
• Delivering edited videos suitable for digital platforms and social media.
• Maintaining equipment.
• Managing video files.
• Supporting continuous improvement of the school’s visual content and brand presence.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Video Production and Shooting Video.
• Strong Camera Operation and Camera handling skills to effectively use DSLR, mirrorless, or professional video cameras.
• Skills in Lighting setup and control.

Qualifications

• Video Production and Shooting Video skills.
• Camera Operation and Camera handling skills.
• Lighting setup and control skills.
• Relevant skills such as basic video editing, sound recording, and post-production workflow management are highly beneficial.
• Prior experience creating educational, promotional, or social media video content, preferably in a creative, culinary, or educational environment, is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru is required.
• A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in videography, is preferred.
