Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, order processing, packing, dispatch, and stock management.
• Manage and supervise the operations team to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, coordinate stock audits, and work efficiently in advanced excel.
• Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, data entry, customer support, and other departments.
• Identify operational issues and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Track daily performance, prepare operational reports, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure orders are processed and dispatched accurately within the required timelines.
• Manage resource allocation, workflow planning, and employee responsibilities.
• Maintain operational discipline, adherence to company policies, and quality standards.
• Resolve day-to-day operational challenges and report important issues to senior management.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0-2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or warehouse operations.
• Strong team management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfilment, and warehouse processes.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel advanced, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a target-driven environment.
