About the Role
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers while addressing their concerns.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet performance targets set by the company for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (International Voice Process).
- Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience.
