As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing activities for the maritime sector. This position is full-time and on-site in the Greater Hyderabad Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating marketing materials.
• Supporting the creation of online and offline campaigns.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
• Conducting basic market and competitor research.
• Preparing presentations and reports.
• Supporting the organization of customer events and sales promotions.
• Assisting with processing customer inquiries.
• Contributing to the improvement of the company's external communication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Office proficiency, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Good English language skills.

Qualifications

• Communication & Customer Orientation: Strong communication skills and experience in Customer Service for professional support of clients and internal contacts.
• Market & Analysis Competence: Knowledge of Market Research to support market analysis, competitor observation, and evaluation of campaign results.
• Sales & Marketing: Basic knowledge in Sales and Sales & Marketing to support sales activities, lead tracking, and preparation of sales support documents.
• General Requirements: Completed commercial or marketing-related apprenticeship/degree, structured work approach, and teamwork skills.
• Desirable additional qualifications:
• Initial experience in the maritime sector or in international companies.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Social Media, E-mail Marketing).
• High willingness to learn and initiative.
