Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident Investment Consultant Intern to represent ZARX on the ground in Mumbai. The role involves identifying potential sponsors, connecting with brands and businesses, presenting sponsorship opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the business development team in building a strong sponsorship pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential brands, businesses, agencies, and sponsors across Mumbai.
- Connect with key decision-makers and initiate professional business conversations.
- Present sponsorship proposals, packages, and partnership opportunities.
- Identify and qualify prospective sponsors based on their interest and potential.
- Conduct market research on brands, industries, sponsorship budgets, and business opportunities.
- Maintain lead trackers, document meetings, and provide regular outreach reports.
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with qualified prospects.
- Support the team in sponsorship negotiations and deal closures.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence in approaching new people, pitching ideas, and building professional relationships.
- Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Self-driven, organised, professional, and comfortable with field-based work.
- Must be based in Mumbai or willing to travel across Mumbai.
- Experience with basic data visualization is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed stipend of ₹15,000 per month.
- Additional 5% commission on sponsorship deals independently generated and successfully closed.
- Hands-on exposure to sponsorship fundraising and business development.
