About the Role

The Academic Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, supporting the smooth delivery of BrightCHAMPS’ academic programs. This role involves coordinating class schedules, tracking academic performance metrics, and ensuring that curriculum plans are implemented effectively across cohorts. The associate will collaborate with educators and academic leaders to resolve operational issues, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement in teaching and learning processes. Daily responsibilities include data management, reporting, process documentation, and communication with internal stakeholders to maintain high-quality learning experiences. The role also contributes to operational projects and initiatives that enhance efficiency, learner outcomes, and academic standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities.
• Background or interest in Education and academic operations, with familiarity in curriculum delivery or edtech environments.
• Proficiency in basic office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, learning management systems).
• Relevant experience in academic coordination, operations, or program management is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort working with data, preparing reports, and presenting insights to stakeholders is an advantage.
