Operation Specialist

About the Role

As an Associate at IMS Datawise, you will support back-office operations for international clients across sectors such as banking, real estate, and insurance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle data entry and validation.
• Prepare reports.
• Assist in process documentation to maintain accuracy and consistency in client deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Respond to client queries through defined channels.
• Follow established workflows and compliance guidelines.
• Use business tools and software to track activities and update records.
• Contribute to performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong data handling capabilities, including data entry, validation, and basic data analysis.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software).

Qualifications
