About the Role
Wiingy AI is expanding its commercial data collection network across India and is seeking proactive individuals for a 3-Month Paid Internship as a Field Operations Executive. This is a Field-Based role for local candidates only.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Acquisition: Identify and approach mobile repair shops and onboard them as data collection partners.
- Market Expansion: Explore local markets and build relationships with shop owners.
- Partner Onboarding: Verify device availability, coordinate initial setup, and assist with basic logistics.
- Performance Targets: Build a network of active partners capable of generating 500 approved recording hours per month.
- Reporting: Track shop visits, onboarding progress, and partner activations.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of local markets and fluency in the local language.
- Comfortable conducting regular field visits.
- Owning a two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory for local travel and on-ground field visits.
- Prior experience in field sales, business development, or merchant acquisition is a plus.
- Candidates with connections in the mobile repair industry will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- ₹10,000 fixed monthly stipend.
