About the Role

As a Growth Intern at Kat & Krow Innovations, you will support initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in India, where some work-from-home flexibility is available.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth hacking skills to support experiments, optimize funnels, and contribute to innovative acquisition strategies.
• Sales-related skills to assist in lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
• Project management skills to help coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of growth initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as spreadsheets, CRM systems, and basic analytics platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
