The Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist will work full time on-site in Gurgaon, supporting clients through the entire residential property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and qualifying leads
• Presenting suitable residential properties
• Organizing and conducting site visits
• Explaining project features and pricing
• Guiding clients through documentation
• Assisting with contract negotiations
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensuring timely follow-up until closure
• Maintaining an updated understanding of local market trends
• Preparing basic sales reports
• Contributing to achieving individual and team sales targets

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Prior experience in residential real estate sales or related field preferred
• Basic proficiency in office productivity tools and CRM or lead management systems

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate
• Strong abilities in Real Estate market understanding and property advisory
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and deal closure
• Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness and relationship building
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort working on-site in Gurgaon and meeting clients in person
• Ability to work with targets, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple leads
• Relevant education in business, commerce, or real estate is an advantage
